We teach ordinary folks how to put together raw land deals and get those deals into the hands of residential land developers, so that they can exponentially grow their wealth. With 5 to 7-figure returns on each deal, they can achieve the financial freedom they desire.
We only work with clients who are resourceful, decisive and coachable.
We absolutely reject clients who are lazy, arrogant, inconsistent and are looking for an easy get-rich-quick scheme. We refuse to bring someone into our program who is not a good fit and/or who does not place integrity and honesty as the foundation upon which they base their business and their lifestyle.
Without our help, our prospective clients will continue to experience failed or low-income lifestyles, or simply will not try. They will depend on their day job to make ends meet and live a life of frustration and self-condemnation at their financial failures and inability to build their wealth.
This makes their life a living hell because they can’t live the financially independent life they desire and will continue to watch from the sidelines as others make next-level moves. The way we help them get this result is by

- Teaching them how to contact property owners.
- Teaching them how to evaluate the development potential of the property.
- Teaching them how to make the offer.
- Teaching them how to prepare the Purchase Agreement with proper development terms.
- Teaching them how the land development process works, from the Feasibility Study, all the way through Construction Drawing Approval.
- Teaching them the various exit strategies (when, how to sell and to whom).
In exchange for helping our clients achieve this transformation, our fee is just $16,000.
